Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 350 g salmon
- 350 g pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lemon
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil and sear the salmon on both sides.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic, pesto and butter until thoroughly combined.
- Divide the pasta onto 4 plates.
- Top with seared salmon.
- Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and a squeeze of the lemon.
