Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 350 g salmon
  • 350 g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil and sear the salmon on both sides.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic, pesto and butter until thoroughly combined.
  • Divide the pasta onto 4 plates.
  • Top with seared salmon.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and a squeeze of the lemon.
