Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 head cauliflower or may be mixed with broccoli
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 pkg. tofu (warmed to room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. table mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetener
  • salt, pepper, dill, celery seed, etc. to taste

Method

  • Chop cauliflower, celery, green pepper and green onions. Blend tofu, salad dressing, apple cider vinegar, mustard and sweetener together.
  • Mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, dill, celery seed, etc.
