Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger or venison burger
- 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper corn
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 4 tsp. garlic salt
- 5 tsp. Morton tender quick salt
- 2 tsp. Hickory liquid smoke
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Mix well again and refrigerate 24 hours.
- Make short rolls and place in broiler pan and bake 5 hours at 200°.
