Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 small red onion, thinly slicef
- 1 small green bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add sausage, onion & bell pepper.
- Cook over medium heat 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain Fat.
- Add sauerkraut, mustard, caraway seeds, salt & pepper to skillet.
- Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until heated thru.
