Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked pasta (spiral is good)
  • 1 c. Newman's Own salad dressing
  • 2 c. various salad vegetables, i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, red or possibly green pepper, carrots
  • 2 c. lettuce
  • 7 1/2 ounce. Alaska Sockeye salmon

Method

  • Cook pasta according to directions.
  • Drain and mix with salad dressing.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Tear lettuce into bite size pcs and chill.
  • Cut veggies into bite size pcs and mix with pasta.
  • Remove skin and bones from salmon.
  • Break into chunks.
  • Arrange lettuce in bowl.
  • Place pasta mix on lettuce.
  • Top with salmon.
  • Serve.
