Ingredients

  • 300 grams tagliatelle
  • 250 grams brocoli
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 150 grams zucchini
  • 500 ml neutral cream
  • 75 grams gauda cheese
  • 75 grams peccorino chees
  • 75 grams gorgonsola
  • 75 grams Moccarela
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook tagliatelle for about 5 min
  • Fry zucchini, mushrooms and garlic on the olive oil, couple minutes
  • Put neutral creme and cook
  • When it is boiling put all kinds of cheese, when the chees is melted you may add brocoli and tagliatelle and cook on a medium heat for another 3 minutes
