Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • black pepper and seasoned salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Method

  • Brown ground beef until it crumbles and is very brown.
  • Remove all juices.
  • Add onion and continue browning, then add garlic. Add pepper and salt.
  • Mix 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup milk together and pour in meat mixture.
  • Add milk and water to make it the thickness you desire.
  • Add the margarine and stir until it is melted.
  • Serve over toast.
