Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- black pepper and seasoned salt to taste
- 1/4 c. margarine
Method
- Brown ground beef until it crumbles and is very brown.
- Remove all juices.
- Add onion and continue browning, then add garlic. Add pepper and salt.
- Mix 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup milk together and pour in meat mixture.
- Add milk and water to make it the thickness you desire.
- Add the margarine and stir until it is melted.
- Serve over toast.
