Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker
- 1 marshmallow
- 4 squares chocolate hershey's is just fine, but there are many Belgium, French and Swiss
Method
- Build roaring campfire in safe location.
- Set a rock with a flat surface near the fire and allow it to heat.
- Break graham cracker in half and place on rock.
- Place squares of chocolate on 1/2 of cracker.
- When fire has died down, place marshmallow on tip of stick.
- Find a pocket of embers and hold marshmallow near embers until golden brown on the exterior and puffy.
- Put marshmallow on chocolate covered side of cracker, top with other cracker.
- As you sandwich crackers together slide away the stick leaving the marshmallow.
