Ingredients

  • 1 box (10.5 Oz. Box) Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil, More Or Less As Directed On The Brownie Mix Directions
  • 1 whole Egg, Or As Directed On The Brownie Mix Directions
  • Water, As Directed On The Brownie Mix Directions
  • 1-1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1-1/2 stick Butter
  • 16 whole Jumbo Marshmallows

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or as specified on the directions for the brownie mix).
  • In a 9x9 pan, melt the butter. Add the graham cracker crumbs, making sure they are fully moistened, and press into a sturdy crust.
  • Mix up the brownies (use the oil, egg, and water listed), and pour batter over the crust. Bake as recommended on the brownie mix directions. Test with a toothpick before removing-the brownies will likely need another 15-20 minutes because of the graham crust on the bottom.
  • Once fully finished baking, add on the jumbo marshmallows. Set under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or back into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Watch closely to make sure marshmallows don't burn.
  • Let cool completely for 2-3 hours.
