Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Have ready a 10-inch pie plate.
- Crumble sausage into a large skillet.
- Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up clumps, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon, pressing out excess fat.
- Spoon into pie plate.
