Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 1/4 c. long grain rice (not Minute rice)
- 2 cans French onion soup
Method
- Saute
- onion
- and
- mushrooms
- in margarine.
- Wash rice. Put rice
- and soup in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Pour onion and mushrooms on top and stir. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
