Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese

Method

  • Cook onions and bacon in skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min.
  • or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
  • Heat oven to 400F.
  • Unroll pie crust on baking sheet.
  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread onto crust.
  • Spoon onion mixture onto center of crust, leaving 2-inch border.
  • Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  • Fold border over filling, leaving opening in center and pleating crust as necessary to fit.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min.
  • or until crust is lightly browned.
  • Cool slightly.
