Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can sliced peaches (reserve juice of peaches)
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • cinnamon

Method

  • Mix pudding, flour, egg and milk together well. Spread in well-greased pan or casserole dish. Put 1 can sliced peaches on top. Mix together 3 tablespoons peach juice, 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. Spread on peaches. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
