Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can sliced peaches (reserve juice of peaches)
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- cinnamon
Method
- Mix pudding, flour, egg and milk together well. Spread in well-greased pan or casserole dish. Put 1 can sliced peaches on top. Mix together 3 tablespoons peach juice, 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. Spread on peaches. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
