Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 16 oz. can green beans
Method
- Brown
- round
- steak
- in
- skillet.
- Transfer
- pieces
- to casserole dish.
- Lay
- pieces of peeled, sliced raw potatoes on top of meat.
- Add
- bay leaves and can of tomato sauce.
- Cover with aluminum
- foil.
- Bake
- at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Add green beans. Re-cover and bake 20 minutes more. Remove bay leaves before serving.
