Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 5 c. flour
- 2 cans Solo fruit filling
Method
- Soften butter; cream together with softened ice cream.
- Blend in flour a little at a time until it forms a soft dough.
- Pinch off a small ball of dough, about the size of a quarter, and flatten center of ball with thumb.
- Put spot of apricot, prune or other fruit filling in center of each kolacky.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
- Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
