- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
Method
- Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Remove mushrooms only.
- Add sliced garlic to drippings.
- Saute for a few minutes, then remove and discard.
