Ingredients

  • 5 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1-1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
  • 3/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 5 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Wash and dice Yukon Gold potatoes. Arrange in baking dish.
  • In a bowl whisk milk, flour, black pepper and sea salt. Pour mixture on top of diced potatoes. Sprinkle dried rosemary on top. Place in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
