Ingredients
- 5 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1-1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
- 3/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 5 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Wash and dice Yukon Gold potatoes. Arrange in baking dish.
- In a bowl whisk milk, flour, black pepper and sea salt. Pour mixture on top of diced potatoes. Sprinkle dried rosemary on top. Place in preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
