Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (16 oz.) can hominy, undrained
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
- garlic powder and salt to taste
Method
- In large Dutch oven, brown ground chuck partially.
- Add onions and continue browning.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with cornbread.
- Yields 8 servings.
