Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green bean (ends removed)
  • 1 small bunch fresh dill chopped (about a handful)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (you may toast them if you would like)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 salt to taste

Method

  • boil the green bean in salted water (you want them to still have a crunch left and retain their color)
  • drain beans and put back into the pot
  • add remaining ingredients and toss until butter is melted and beans are all coated
  • season with a little salt to taste and serve
