Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green bean (ends removed)
- 1 small bunch fresh dill chopped (about a handful)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (you may toast them if you would like)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 salt to taste
Method
- boil the green bean in salted water (you want them to still have a crunch left and retain their color)
- drain beans and put back into the pot
- add remaining ingredients and toss until butter is melted and beans are all coated
- season with a little salt to taste and serve
