Ingredients

  • 4 whole Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 1 whole Small/medium Sweet Potato
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 dash Cayenne (optional Or To Taste)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Pour into a pie plate and set aside.
  • Slice sweet potato into even sized strips.
  • In a medium-sized bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  • Toss potato strips into the spice mixture to coat.
  • Dredge potatoes in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Turn fries. Bake for 5 minutes more.
