Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 to 2 cans chicken or 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 1/3 c. dry Minute rice
- 1 can French fried onions (optional)
- 8 to 12 waffles
Method
- Combine soups, water and chicken.
- Add Minute rice and stir to mix.
- Bring quickly to boil.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes.
- Top with onions.
- Serve on waffles.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
