Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice (raw)
  • 3 bouillon cubes (any flavor)
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Method

  • Spread the rice in a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes until the rice is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Put the rice in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water and add it to the rice.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend; cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
