Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 red peppers roasted
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teasp minced garlic
- 1 teasp chopped basil
- 1 teasp salt
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbls heavy cream
Method
- Cook oil pepper onion garlic basil salt cayenne pepper pan 3 min stir in stock andf cream cook 8 min
- Put in bllender and puree
