Ingredients
- 1 lb. fettuccine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt the butter over medium-low heat and stir in the cream, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot, stirring constantly. Stir in the parmesan cheese until thoroughly combined. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until thickened. Toss pasta with sauce.
