- 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine oil, cheese, and seasonings.
- Place potatoes in a roasting pan and pour oil mixture over potatoes, stirring to coat.
- Bake for one hour, or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
