Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. brown sauce
- 4 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut into wedges
Method
- Cook on High in oil the salt, paprika and garlic clove, until garlic softens.
- Stir in brown sauce.
- Add potatoes; stir to cover all sides.
- Microwave, covered, on High for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Turn and rearrange; do this twice.
- Toss out rest of oil mix.
