Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted Pecans

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the sprouts, cut off any browned ends, and split in half. Place the sprouts on a baking sheet and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the oven for 20 minutes until slightly browned and tender. Add the toasted nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
  • Note: this method also works really well for 1/2" sweet potato cubes.
