Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn with juice
- 1 c. broken up spaghetti
- 1 c. diced cheese (Monterey Jack works well)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
Method
- Melt the butter in a casserole dish.
- Stir the rest of the ingredients together in the casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes uncovered.
- Serve hot.
