Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic clove, whole
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 ounces chipotle peppers
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Method
- Roast garlic at 350°F for 8 - 10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
- Place in blender with chipotle peppers, soy sauce and pepper. Blend on high until pureed and smooth.
- With motor running, slowly add oil until smooth and well incorporated.
