Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom pieces
Method
- In skillet, cook 1/2 of the beef, onions and mushrooms (until beef is no longer pink).
- Set aside.
- Repeat with other 1/2 of the beef, onions and mushrooms.
- Return mixture to skillet.
- Stir in soup and heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
