Ingredients
- 2 lbs cauliflower, trimmed to 1 inch florets
- 23 cup onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- chives (to garnish)
Method
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In a large bowl toss cauliflower, onion, soy, olive oil and garlic until evenly mixed.
- Spread on silpat lined pan.
- Roast 35 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.
- Serve and garnish with chive.
