- 1 lean pork roast
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of sage
- pinch of garlic powder
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Season the meat.
- Place fat side up on rack in roasting pan.
- Insert a meat thermometer through the outside of the fat into the thickest part of the meat.
- Roast 40 minutes per pound; meat thermometer should register 185°.
