Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper
  • diced green onions
  • diced green peppers

Method

  • Take aluminum foil and butter the non-shiny side.
  • Dice 2 large potatoes onto foil.
  • Place 2 ice cubes in potatoes.
  • Cut up onions and peppers; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold foil up on top and sides; seal completely.
  • Repeat steps for the last 2 potatoes. Place on grill 15 to 20 minutes before meat.
  • Cook the whole time meat is on the grill.
  • Serves 4 to 6 people.
