Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
- diced green onions
- diced green peppers
Method
- Take aluminum foil and butter the non-shiny side.
- Dice 2 large potatoes onto foil.
- Place 2 ice cubes in potatoes.
- Cut up onions and peppers; salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold foil up on top and sides; seal completely.
- Repeat steps for the last 2 potatoes. Place on grill 15 to 20 minutes before meat.
- Cook the whole time meat is on the grill.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
