Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size)chocolate cake mix
- Chilled brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety
- decorating icing
Method
- Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package for 13x9-inch baking pan, substituting coffee for water.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Remove cake from pan.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- Frost cake with Mocha Pudding Frosting.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Decorate with decorating icing to resemble yard lines.
- Place toy football players and decorations on cake, if desired.
- Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
