Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless roast
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. shortening or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft horseradish sauce
- 1 pt. water or milk
Method
- Boil beef, carrot, leek and salt in 1 1/2-quarts water until tender.
- Remove beef and cut into thick sliess.
- Place on serving dish and add the sauce to each slice.
