Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated carrots
Method
- Slice and boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes.
- Brown sausage in pan.
- Add Stove Top chicken stuffing.
- Mix soup, sour cream and carrots. Add to zucchini mixture.
- Put layer of sausage on bottom of dish and then layer stuffing, then zucchini mixture, another layer of sausage mixture and top with dressing.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
