Ingredients
- 1 gal. peeled tomatoes, cut in chunks and cooked until done; dip off juice
- 6 bell peppers (red and green)
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Cook and stir constantly until thick as desired.
- Put in hot pint jars and seal.
- Makes 4 to 5 pints.
