Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked rigatoni
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3 pt. heavy cream
- 1 pt. tomato sauce
- 1 c. vodka
- spices (fresh sage, fresh basil, fresh parsley, salt and pepper)
Method
- Saute mushrooms in butter and now flambee the vodka in the same pan (let it reduce).
- Add the heavy cream until it thickens, spices, pasta and tomato sauce.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
