- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 oz. butter
- 1/3 c. superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. maraschino liqueur
- 8 oz. Ricotta
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 egg white, beaten
Method
- Combine 2 1/2 cups flour, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and the butter; mix into a dough.
- Form into a ball.
- Cover with plastic and let rest in the refrigerator.
