Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. Bisquick
Method
- Crumble and fry sausage.
- Drain well and cool.
- Combine sausage, dry Bisquick and cheese.
- Mix well.
- Shape into walnut size balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
