Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 unbaked frozen pie shells
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. pecans
- salt
Method
- Mix sugar, salt and cocoa.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Add margarine, coconut and pecans; mix well.
- Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or make 24 tart shells and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
