Ingredients
- 2 c. mixed frozen berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
- 2 c. unsweetened apple juice or apple cider
- 1 c. raspberry or strawberry sorbet
- 1/4 c. soy protein powder
Method
- Combine berries and juice in blender container.
- Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
- Add sorbet; blend for 30 seconds.
- Add soy powder; blend for 30 seconds or until thick and smooth.
