Ingredients
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. rum
- 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
Method
- Melt chocolate.
- Remove from the heat and beat in the liqueur, confectioners sugar and butter until smooth.
- (If necessary, add a little sugar to get a firmer paste.)
- Divide into 24 to 36 pieces and roll into balls.
