Ingredients
- 1 Sweet potato
- 100 grams a. Cake flour
- 30 grams a. Shiratamako
- 30 grams Honey
- 70 ml Water
Method
- Remove the skin from the sweet potato, chop into 1 cm cubes, then soak in water.
- Put the drained sweet potatoes into the "a" mixture, then mix with a wooden spoon.
- Add the honey and water, and stir until no longer floury.
- Separate the mixture into 8 dumplings, line the steamer with parchment paper, then place the dumplings on top making sure there is enough space between them.
- Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.
