Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 100 grams a. Cake flour
  • 30 grams a. Shiratamako
  • 30 grams Honey
  • 70 ml Water

Method

  • Remove the skin from the sweet potato, chop into 1 cm cubes, then soak in water.
  • Put the drained sweet potatoes into the "a" mixture, then mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the honey and water, and stir until no longer floury.
  • Separate the mixture into 8 dumplings, line the steamer with parchment paper, then place the dumplings on top making sure there is enough space between them.
  • Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.
