Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 envelopes instant chicken broth and seasoning mix (Weight Watchers brand)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 c. cooked hot noodles

Method

  • Combine turkey, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
  • Form into balls.
  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  • Brown turkey balls on all sides; drain.
  • In same skillet, heat Butter Buds and saute onions.
  • Add flour.
  • Using wire whisk, add instant broth and water, stirring until gravy consistency.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add turkey balls and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Stir in yogurt but do not boil, just heat slightly.
  • Serve over hot noodles.
  • Serves 6.
