Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (plus the juice)
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 4 sliced bananas
Method
- Cook rice until tender; drain.
- Cool.
- Dissolve jello in water; cool.
- Whip powdered sugar and cream together.
- Fold into the previous ingredients.
- Chill.
