Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, vanilla and melted butter.
- Then add rice and milk.
- Mix in raisins.
- Pour into 8 x 8-inch baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
