Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Combine onion and green pepper in a 2-quart microwave casserole; cover.
- Microwave on High 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients including tomato liquid.
- Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or heated thoroughly.
