Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 c. whole milk
- cinnamon
Method
- Cook rice in saucepan until water is gone.
- Pour rice into 2-quart casserole.
- Add vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk. Stir. Add whole milk.
- Stir again and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for approximately 1/2 hour.
- Stir and bake
- until puffy.
