Ingredients
- 4 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 1 c. rice, raw
- 1/4 c. raisins (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Method
- Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in large saucepan.
- Add rice and raisins.
- Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to boil.
- Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
